绿色建筑设计在城乡规划实践中的应用研究——以重庆两江协同创新区为例

Research on the Application of Green Building Design in Urban and Rural Planning Practice--A Case of Chongqing Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone

随着经济建设水平不断提高,城市化进程不断加快,城市建设用地形势变得越来越紧张。为了保证城市建设用地的合理性、科学性,便需要统筹进行城乡规划。将绿色建筑设计理念应用到城乡规划实践中,能够有效提升城乡规划设计水平。本文以重庆两江协同创新区为案例,分析绿色建筑设计应用在城乡规划实践中存在的问题,并根据实际情况提出绿色建筑设计在城乡规划实践中的应用策略,让城市建设用地的作用充分凸显出来。

With the development of economic construction and the acceleration of urbanization,the situation of urban construction land becomes more and more tense.In order to ensure the rationality and scientificity of urban construction land,urban and rural planning should be carried out as a whole.The application of green building design concept to urban and rural planning practice can effectively enhance the level of urban and rural planning and design.By taking Chongqing Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of green building design in urban and rural planning practice,and puts forward the application strategy of green building design in urban and rural planning practice according to the actual situation so as to highlight the role of urban construction land fully.
