浙江省高速公路服务区改扩建规划设计探研

Research on Renovation and Expansion Planning Design of the Expressway Service Area in Zhejiang

本文以浙江省高速公路服务区改扩建规划为研究对象,通过对比国内外先进服务区改扩建设计经验,针对我国高速公路服务区改扩建的发展现状,总结浙江省高速公路服务区改扩建规划设计的设计手法和改进策略,改扩建后的高速公路服务区不但要满足广大司乘人员停车休憩、餐饮、加油、汽修等基本需求,同时还要完善拓展服务区服务功能的多样性、合理性和创新性,向旅游、消费、交通等复合型服务区转型升级,探索具有新时代特色的浙江省高速公路服务区。

This paper focused on the reconstruction and expansion planning of Zhejiang Expressway Service Area.Through comparing the design and development experiences of advanced service areas in China and oversea,this paper analyzed the existing problems of the service areas in Zhejiang,and comprehensively summarized the design technique and improvement strategy for the reconstruction and expansion of the expressway service area in Zhejiang.The reconstructed and expanded expressway service area should not only meet the basic requirements of the rest,catering,oiling,repairing and maintaining,etc.of the drivers and passengers,but also improve the diversity,rationality and novelty of the service functions in the service area.It should upgrade and transform to a composite service system with tourism,consumption and transportation,etc.,and explore the possibility of creating expressway service areas with Chinese Characteristics of a new Era in Zhejiang.
