Pablo Neruda was a famous Chilean poet of contemporary time who had visited China for three times.His poems were the combination of the inheritance of the traditional Spanish folk poetry and the influence of French modernist poetry brought by Baudelaire as well as other poets.Neruda had two themes in his life:politics and love.The love poem collection of his early works Twenty Love Poems and a Song of Despair is regarded one of his most famous works.
