纤维增强复合材料护目镜增材制造成形研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于人体工学原理,进行面部贴合轮廓的迭代优化,完成护目镜结构轻量化设计。分析喷头温度、成形速度、层间厚度、喷嘴直径、填充路径及纤维状态对短碳纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料力学性能的影响规律,优化护目镜打印工艺参数。选取喷头温度210℃,成形速度35 mm/s,层间厚度为0.25 mm,喷嘴直径0.6 mm,轮廓偏置填充路径,纤维质量分数约为10%和纤维方向为0°的成形工艺参数,完成护目镜样件制造,平均尺寸误差为0.218 mm,尺寸精度较高,且样件关键贴合部位成形缺陷较少。本研究可为护目镜的改进生产提供理论依据与实验指导。 Based on the principle of ergonomics,facial contour was iteratively optimized to achieve the lightweight design of the goggles.Different printing parameters including nozzle temperature,printing speed,layer thickness,nozzle diameter,infill pattern and fiber configuration of short carbon fiber reinforced polylactic acid composite were investigated to evaluate the influence on mechanical performance.The composite goggle specimens were subsequently fabricated by applying optimized processing parameters with nozzle temperature of 210℃,forming speed of 35 mm/s,layer thickness of 0.25 mm,nozzle diameter of 0.6 mm.The profile offset filling path was selected and the fiber mass fraction accounted for about 10% with the filling direction of 0°.Results show that the average size error reach 0.218 mm,indicating excellent dimensional accuracy.Besides,several key fitting position show limited forming defects.This study provide theoretical guidance and experimental experience for further optimization and manufacturing of composite goggles.
