摘要 主要研究了阻燃剂与聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)抗滴落剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)薄层(0.7 mm)材料的阻燃性、透光性及熔体流动速率(MFR)的影响,同时探究抗滴落剂的添加对PC材料力学性能的影响。研究发现,磺酸盐阻燃剂与PTFE抗滴落剂复配使用有较好的综合性能,在较低的添加量时,即可达到较好的阻燃抗滴落效果。磺酸盐阻燃剂对PC薄层透光影响小。抗滴落剂的加入使体系MFR降低、树脂“黏稠度”上升,过高的添加量会对挤出工艺以及注塑工艺产生一定的影响。抗滴落剂的加入会影响制品的透光性,应用时需进行配方调整。在相同阻燃配方条件下,PC的MFR变化对其阻燃性能影响较小。除此之外,低添加量的抗滴落剂对PC力学性能影响较小。 The effect of flame retardants with PTFE anti-dripping agent on the performance of polycarbonate(PC)thin layer(0.7 mm)was investigated,in terms of flame retardancy,light transmission and melt flow index,and the effect of anti dropping agents on the mechanical properties of polycarbonate materials were explored.It is found that the composite of sulfonate flame retardant and PTFE anti dripping agent has better comprehensive performance,which can achieve a better effect of flame retardants and antidroppant at a lower amount of additives.The addition of sulfonate flame retardant have little influence on the light transmission.The addition of anti dripping agent reduces the melt index of the system and increases the“viscosity”of the resin.Too high amount of anti dripping agent will affect the extrusion process and injection process.The addition of anti dropping agent will affect the light transmittance of the product,so the formulation should be adjusted in application.If using the same flame retarding formulation,variation in melting index had little effect on the flame retarding performance.In addition,the mechanical properties of PC were less affected by the low dosage of anti dropping agent.
