尼龙1212对木粉填充聚丙烯复合材料性能的影响

摘要 通过熔融共混法制备尼龙1212/聚丙烯(PP)/木粉复合材料,并且采用差示扫描量热、动态热机械分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和力学性能测试等方法研究了尼龙1212对PP/木粉复合材料的微观形貌、结晶性能、力学强度和流变行为的影响。结果表明:少量的尼龙1212可以提高复合材料的拉伸强度,此外尼龙1212改善了材料的冲击强度和韧性。SEM显示木粉促使材料断面粗糙是韧性提高的原因。木粉的异相成核能力使材料结晶度提高,尼龙1212随着组分的增加结晶度表现为先增加后降低。流变性能测试表明,尼龙1212/PP/木粉复合材料的黏度呈现典型的切力变稀特性,黏度随着尼龙1212含量增加而增大。储能模量与损耗模量基本保持稳定。 The effects of nylon 1212 on the morphology,crystallinity,mechanical strength and rheological behavior of wood flour/polypropylene composites were studied by differential scanning calorimetry,dynamic thermomechanical analysis,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and mechanical properties test.The results show that a small amount of nylon 1212 can improve the tensile strength of the composite,in addition,nylon 1212 can improve the impact strength and toughness of the composite.SEM shows that the rough section of wood flour is the reason for the improvement of toughness.The crystallinity of nylon 1212 increase first and then decrease with the increase of wood flour.The rheological property test show that the viscosity of nylon 1212 wood flour/polypropylene composite show typical shear thinning characteristics,and the viscosity increased with the increase of nylon 1212 content.The storage modulus and loss modulus are basically stable.
