摘要
利用模压成型法制备混杂纤维填充环氧泡沫塑料,采用雷达吸波材料(RAM)弓形法测试了吸波泡沫塑料的反射率,研究了短切磁性纤维含量、短切导电纤维含量、样件厚度以及蒙皮对环氧吸波泡沫塑料吸波性能的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,随着纤维含量的增加,短切磁性纤维和短切导电纤维都能提高环氧吸波泡沫塑料的吸波性能,纤维增加到一定含量反而降低吸波泡沫塑料的吸波性能;样件厚度增加,可以增强环氧吸波泡沫塑料的吸波性能,厚度增大到一定程度,泡沫塑料的吸波性能反而降低,样件厚度为10 mm时,8~18 GHz、26.5~40 GHz频段内,环氧吸波泡沫塑料满足-10 dB的有效带宽为16 GHz;增加蒙皮,能整体提高环氧吸波泡沫塑料在厘米波段和8 mm波段的吸波性能,吸收峰向低频移动,在8 mm波段,环氧吸波泡沫塑料的反射率值均在-11 dB以下。
Foamed epoxy with hybrid fibers were prepared by mould pressing,the reflectivity of absorbent foam was measured by radar absorbing materials(RAM)bow method.Effects of content of short magnetic fiber,short conductive fiber,sample thickness and sheet on radar absorbing properties of the foamed epoxy were investigated.The results indicate that in the range of content,as contents of short magnetic fiber and short conductive fiber increase,radar absorbing properties of the foamed epoxy increase.The increasing of the sample thickness could enhance the absorbing property of foamed epoxy,when the thickness increase to a certain extent,the absorbing property of foam plastics decrease when the thickness of the sample is 10 mm,the effective bandwidth of absorbing epoxy foam satisfying -10 dB is 16 GHz within the frequency bands of 8-18 GHz、26.5-40 GHz.Sheet accession could increase radar absorbing properties of the absorbing epoxy foam in cm-band and 8 mm-band,absorbing peak moved to the lower frequency,in the 8 mm band,the reflectivity of absorbing epoxy foam is below -11 dB.
