摘要
针对汽车中央通道模具产品结构和工艺特点,对产品分型面做了合理的设计。针对产品有多处倒扣,给脱模带来难题,合理设计了多种滑块机构,并创新性地采用拉块脱扣机构进行脱模,并对拉块机构做了详细分析。对动定模系统、滑块水路进行了合理的设计,避免了产品的翘曲变形,模具投入使用后,运行良好,为类似大型模具的设计提供了良好的思路。
According to the structure and process characteristics of the automobile central channel mold products,the rational design of the product parting surface was made.In view of the fact that the product has many inverts,which brings difficult problems to the demoulding,a variety of sliding block mechanism is designed rationally,and a pull-block tripping mechanism is innovatively used for demoulding,and a detailed analysis is made on the pull-block mechanism.The system of moving and fixed die and the water way of sliding block are designed reasonably,and the warping deformation of the product is avoided.After the die is put into use,it runs well,which provides a good idea for the design of similar large die.
