论新时代体教融合的内涵理念与实施路径

Connotation,Concept and Implementation Path of the Integration of Sports and Education in the New Era

深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展,是立足新时代中国教育现代化和体育事业转型发展新需要提出的一项重大战略任务,具有强烈的时代性、现实性和针对性。运用新的理论和视角剖析新时代体教融合的新内涵和新理念,结合我国学校体育发展中出现的新问题,提出新时代深化体教融合发展的新路径具有重要的理论和应用价值。研究认为,新时代体教融合被赋予了在目标、认知、职能、机制、模式等方面的全新内涵,提出了树立“健康第一”理念的革新、确立学校体育主体地位发展理念的更新、体教协同育人的价值理念和多元开放融合的治理理念。研究建议,新时代体教融合的实施需要夯实体教融合一体化推进的组织基础、优化体教融合一体化推进的运行机制、建立体教融合一体化推进的保障体系。

Deepening integration of sports and education to promote health development of young people is a major strategic task to meet new needs of Chi⁃na's education modernization as well as transformation and development of sports in the new era,which has a strong contemporary,realistic and pertinent na⁃ture.Using new theories and perspectives to analyze new connotations and new ideas of the integration of sports and education in the new era and combining new problems in the development of school sports in China,we proposed a new path to deepen the integration of sports and education in the new era,which has important theoretical and practical value.The integration of sports and education in the new era has given brand-new connotations in terms of goals,cog⁃nition,functions,mechanisms,and models,and put forward educational concept of“health first”,development concept of establishing the main status of school sport,value concept of collaborative education and governance concept of diversified open integration.The implementation of the integration of sports and education in the new era needs to consolidate organizational foundation,optimize operating mechanism,and establish a guarantee system for the integra⁃tion of sports and education.
