利用生化指标评定橄榄球运动员身体机能的判别分析研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究用生化指标建立一种定性、定量、简易快捷的橄榄球运动员身体机能评价方法。方法:收集16名优秀橄榄球运动员12次连续监测8个生化指标,共计1536个,190组生化数据和竞技表现力为研究对象,运用聚类分析将橄榄球运动员身体机能分为优秀、良好、一般和较差,用判别分析建立橄榄球运动员身体机能判别函数方程,建立判别规则,并检验判别函数方程的回代符合率。结果:身体机能判别函数方程分别为Y1,Y2,判别函数方程内部验证总判对率为97.89%,错判率为2.11%,回代检验的总判对率为97.37%,错判率为2.63%,外部检验的总判对率为94.26%,错判率为5.74%,误判主要集中在优秀和良好2个等级;依据数理统计结果,血CK、T、BUN、Hb和C是评定橄榄球运动员身体机能较为重要的生化指标。结论:所得判别函数方程对橄榄球运动员身体机能评价具有较高的特异性和灵敏性,对橄榄球运动员身体机能进行综合评价以及科学快速分类是可行的。 Objective:This study aimed at establishing a qualitative,quantitative,simple and rapid the method of training load-adaptation for rugby players,so as to provide an objective evaluation method for the physical function of rugby players.Methods:Sixteen elite rugby players were collected,8 biochemical indexes were continuously monitored for 12 times.A total of 192 sets of biochemical data and competitive performance were used as the research objects.Cluster analysis and discriminant function were used to establish training load-adaptation method for rugby players,establish discriminant rules,and test the accuracy and error rate of the discriminant function.Results:The discriminant equation respectively were:Y1 and Y2.The accuracy rate and false rate of training load-adaptation discriminant function by retrospective inspection,Jackknife method inspection and external data validation were 97.89%and 2.11%,97.37%and 2.63%,94.26%and 5.74%respectively,misjudgment mainly focused on the two levels of excellence and good.According to mathematical statistics results:for rugby players,CK,T,BUN,Hb and C are important biochemical indexes to evaluate the physical function.Conclusions:The discriminant function for rugby players has high specificity and sensitivity,and the established discriminant function has an important reference value in evaluating physical functions of rugby players.
