摘要
2017年以来,美印关系发生了较大的变化,主要体现在三个方面:高层政治互访频繁,双边关系升级为“全面的全球战略伙伴”关系;防务与安全领域合作有所强化;在“印太”战略框架开展合作取得实质性进展。总体看来,美印关系接近的原因有四个方面:共同制衡中国、增强地区影响力、双方战略认知改变,以及双方领导人的积极推动。在这四个因素的推动下,美印关系可能会继续提升,但提升的空间有限。
Great changes have taken place in the US-India relations since 2017,which are mainly reflected in three aspects:frequent high-level political visits,upgrading bilateral relations to a“comprehensive global strategic partnership”;strengthening cooperation in the field of defense and security;and making substantive progress in cooperation within the Indo-Pacific strategic framework.Generally speaking,there are four reasons for the close relationship between the United States and India:balancing China together,enhancing regional influence,the changing of strategic cognition,and actively promoting by leaders of both sides.Driven by these four factors,the US-India relations may continue to improve,but there is limited space for improvement.
