摘要
按照GB/T 20385—2006标准测定纺织品中有机锡化合物的含量,以三丁基锡为例对该方法整个过程中产生的测量不确定度进行评估。通过建模,对不确定度的来源进行分析、量化,最后合成不确定度。试验表明,纺织品中有机锡化合物测定的不确定度主要来源于试验过程中的随机效应;样品中三丁基锡的含量为1.8 mg/kg,其扩展不确定度为0.1 mg/kg(K=2)。
The content of organotin compounds in textiles was determined according to GB/T 20385—2006 standard,and the uncertainty of measurement was evaluated by taking tributyltin as an example.Through modeling,the source of uncertainty is analyzed and quantified.Finally,the uncertainty is synthesized.The results show that the uncertainty of determination of organotin compounds in textiles is mainly due to the random effect in the process of testing,the content of tributyltin in the sample is 1.8 mg/kg,and the expanded uncertainty is 0.1 mg/kg(K=2).
