In this paper,the performance characteristics of wild silk fiber are described,the production practice of high proportion wild silk and lyocell fiber blended yarn is discussed,the cutting length,pretreatment and mixing process of wild silk are determined,and the key measure of process control are solved.The mass production of wild silk fiber was carried out in cotton spinning system.The products of high proportion wild silk and lyocell fiber blended yarn with the low carbon environmental protection and the wearing comfortableness are extremely good,has the popularization application prospect extremely.
