摘要 为探索提高水溶刺绣花边稳定性的方法,根据水溶花边成品的特性选用绣花线和水溶性底布,该水溶性底布由聚乙烯醇纤维纺织加工而成,聚乙烯醇纤维的水溶温度为0~100℃,在水中收缩率≤20%,抗张强度≥4 g/D,然后使用经过预先处理的绣花线在水溶纸上按照设定的绣花图案制版进行绣花,将得到的织物在定形机中进行定形处理,最后将经过定形处理后的织物进行水溶处理,将水溶性底布溶掉,得到水溶花边。此方法水溶花边收缩率较低,花纹尺寸稳定性较好,花边硬挺度高,美观度高。 In order to improve the stability of water-soluble embroidery lace,the characteristics of the finished product of water-soluble lace are selected as embroidery thread and water-soluble base cloth in this paper.Watersoluble bottom cloth was made from polyvinyl alcohol fiber.The water-soluble temperature of polyvinyl alcohol fiber was 0~100℃.The embroidery is then done using a pre-processed embroidery thread on water-soluble paper in accordance with the set embroidery pattern plate to produce the fabric.The finished fabric is processed in the molding machine,and then the fabric is treated with water solution.The water-soluble bottom cloth is dissolved,and the water-soluble lace is obtained.This method of large water-soluble lace shrinkage is lower,pattern size stability is better,lace stiffness,high beauty.
