京津冀科技协同创新共同体的构建路径研究

京津冀的协同创新发展,其本质是京津冀三地以区域整体形式协同推进发展。而伴随国家创新驱动发展战略的深入展开,京津冀一体化走科技创新引领、协同创新发展之路便成为了必然,更成为了实现三地优势互补,推进区域发展体制机制创新的迫切需要。本文基于对京津冀科技协同创新共同体战略思维与理念的剖析,给出了三地科技协同创新共同体的整体建设框架,并分析了三地科技协同发展特点,最终以战略性新兴产业和科技服务业为例,对科技协同创新路径进行了探讨。

Collaborative innovation development of beijing-tianjin-hebei,its essence is in the form of overall regional synergy.Accompanying with the deepening of national innovation driven development strategy,integration of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region taking the path of technological innovation and collaborative development has become the inevitable,furthermore,become the urgent need for realizing of complementary advantages and promoting regional development system and mechanism innovation.In this paper,based on the analysis of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region strategic thinking and concept of cooperative innovation community,community construction framework of cooperative innovation of science and technology is given,and characteristics of coordinated development of science and technology among the three places is analyzed,finally,taking the key industrial field and technology services for examples,the collaborative innovation paths are discussed in this paper.
