摘要
新时代乡村振兴发展背景下,作为基层政权单位的乡镇政府在乡村发展中扮演着极其重要的角色。基于时代诉求,分析当前乡镇政府职能转变中存在的行政理念滞后、定位不清、管理服务职能弱化等问题,探讨并提出乡镇政府职能转型优化的科学路径,为乡村振兴发展提供思路。
In the new era of rural revitalization and development,the township government as a grassroots organization of the government,plays an extremely important role in rural development.Based on the demands of the times,this paper analyzes the problems of lagging administrative concepts,unclear positioning and weakening of management and service functions in the current transformation of township government functions.Furthermore,it proposes a scientific path for the transformation and optimization of township government functions,and provides ideas for rural revitalization.
