摘要
基于商业模式视角,综合分析中小旅行社业务经营现状,从供应商协作网络、旅行社业务系统调整、旅行社价值形态与实现、市场细分与客户关系等商业模式的不同构成要素进行解析,为中小旅行社商业模式的创新提供协作网络内部化、业务系统规范化、旅游产品定制化、收益结构多元化、客源市场专业化等方向性建议。
Based on the perspective of business models,this paper comprehensively analyzes the business operation status of small and medium-sized travel agencies,and analyzes the different components of business model such as supplier cooperation network,business system adjustment of travel agencies,value form and realization of travel agencies,market segmentation and customer relationship,then proposes some suggestions for business model innovation of small and medium-sized travel agencies,such as collaborative network internalization,business system specification and tourism product customization,income structure diversification and tourist source market specialization.
