现代学徒制理念下公安职业院校案例实践教学研究

A Study on Case Practice Teaching in Public Security Vocational Colleges under the Idea of Modern Apprenticeship

要培养具有实战能力的预备警力,公安院校公安专业课程教学方法的选择很重要。针对传统教学中重理论轻实践的现实问题,引入现代学徒制理念组织实施重实践重能力的案例实践教学。以陕西警官职业学院公安群众工作课程教学实践为例展开研究,认为现代学徒制下"双师授课""案例实践"可有效提升教学的广度和深度,从而提高预备警力的公安群众工作能力。

In order to cultivate a reserve police force with actual combat abilities,the teaching method of public security professional courses in public security colleges is fundamental.In response to the practical problem of emphasizing theory over practice in traditional teaching,modern apprenticeship is introduced to organize and implement case practice teaching that emphasizes practice and abilities.Taking the course of Public Security’s Mass Work in Shaanxi Police College as an example,it is believed that"dualteacher classes"and"case practice"under the modern apprenticeship system can effectively enhance the breadth and depth of teaching,thereby improving the public security’s mass work ability of the reserve police force.
