考虑多环芳烃污染特征的油田地面集输管网优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 油田地面集输管网在石油运输与分配中造成了周围地区多环芳烃污染,因此在油田地面集输管网规划建设中有必要将多环芳烃污染特征考虑进去,对油田地面集输管网进行优化设计,进行考虑多环芳烃污染特征的油田地面集输管网优化设计研究。首先确定油田地面集输管网拓扑结构,然后建立油田地面集输管网优化模型,包括目标函数与约束条件设置,最后利用遗传-蚁群算法求解模型最优解。结果表明:优化后油田地面集输管网设计预计产生的成本费用、管线长度与优化前相比并没有相差很多,但对多环芳烃污染方面的投入增加,由此证明考虑多环芳烃污染特征的油田地面集输管网设计更为合理,在实现了多环芳烃污染综合治理的同时合理利用了油田建设总成本。 The oil field surface gathering and transportation pipeline network causes the pollution of PAHs in the surrounding area in the oil transportation and distribution.Therefore,it is necessary to take the PAHs pollution characteristics into account in the planning and construction of the oil field surface gathering and transportation pipeline network,optimize the design of the oilfield surface gathering pipeline network,and conduct a research on the optimization design of the oilfield surface gathering pipeline network considering the pollution characteristics of PAHs.Firstly,the topological structure of oil field surface gathering and transportation pipeline network is determined,then the optimization model of oil field surface gathering and transportation pipeline network is established,including the setting of objective function and constraint condition,and finally the optimal solution of the model is solved by using genetic ant colony algorithm.The results show that the cost and length of the optimized pipeline network are not much different from that before,but the investment in PAHs pollution is increased,which proves that the design of the pipeline network considering the characteristics of PAHs pollution is more reasonable,and the comprehensive treatment of PAHs pollution is realized and the total cost of oilfield construction was rationally utilized.
