摘要
汽车发动机作为核心结构,增强其性能将有助于汽车行业的发展。在汽车发动机中密封垫主要起到密封作用,但是还要能够避免受到腐蚀、温度、燃油等因素的影响,不然就会影响到发动机的使用寿命和性能。于是文章研究了一种有机氟涂层,能够增强发动机密封垫的性能,该性能与MGF110类似,MGF110是日本生产的一种性能较好、应用范围广的有机氟涂层,但是其价格较贵,而文章研究的有机氟涂层在保证质量的同时,还能够降低成本,于是将该有机氟涂层应用于汽车发动机中不仅能够提高发动机的性能,而且还能降低发动机的成本费用。
As the core structure of an automobile engine,enhancing its performance will help the development of the automobile industry.Seals are mainly used for sealing in automobile engines,but they must be able to avoid the influence of factors such as corrosion,temperature,fuel,etc.,otherwise they will affect the service life and performance of the engine.Therefore,the paper studied an organic fluorine coating that can enhance the performance of the engine gasket.This performance is similar to MGF110.MGF110 is an organic fluorine coating produced in Japan with good performance and wide application range,but its price is more expensive.The organic fluorine coating studied in this paper can reduce the cost while ensuring the quality.Therefore,applying the organic fluorine coating to automobile engines can not only improve the performance of the engine,but also reduce the cost of the engine.
