稠油热采乳化油泥调剖技术研究与应用

摘要 A油田年乳化油泥产生量4275方,主要以焚烧处理为主,随着安全环保政策的调整,乳化油泥处理压力较大。利用悬浮性良好的乳化油泥溶液替代目前颗粒堵剂中的悬浮剂,结合大量室内实验,研制出了乳化油泥调剖剂,并形成了适用于稠油热采油井的低成本乳化油泥调剖技术。该技术的研究与成功应用,为油田乳化油泥的处理提供了一项切实可行的新技术,在降低药剂成本的基础上,实现了乳化油泥资源化利用,低油价下有效拓宽了稠油热采调剖技术系列。 the annual production of emulsified oil sludge in A Oilfield is 4275 cubic meters,mainly for incineration treatment.With the adjustment of safety and environmental protection policies,the pressure of emulsified oil sludge treatment is relatively high.The emulsified oil slurry with good suspending property is used to replace the suspending agent in the current particle plugging agent.Combined with a large number of laboratory experiments,the emulsified oil slurry profile control agent is developed,and a low-cost emulsified oil slurry profile control technology suitable for heavy oil thermal recovery wells is formed.The research and successful application of this technology provide a feasible new technology for the treatment of emulsified oil sludge in the oil field.On the basis of reducing the cost of chemicals,it realizes the utilization of emulsified oil sludge as a resource,and effectively widens the profile control technology series of heavy oil thermal recovery under low oil price.
