摘要
透水混凝土以集料为骨架,胶凝材料与水拌合后在集料表面形成一层均匀浆体包裹层形成的骨架—空隙结构,其力学性能、透水性与浆体包裹层厚度紧密相关,通过试验探究水灰比、集料粒径、粉煤灰掺量对骨料表面浆体厚度的影响。结果表明:浆体厚度随着水灰比的增大而增大;小粒径集料挂浆厚度高于大粒径集料;浆体厚度随粉煤灰的掺入量先增大再减小。
Pervious concrete uses aggregate as the skeleton.After the cementitious material is mixed with water,a skeleton-void structure formed by a uniform slurry coating layer is formed on the surface of the aggregate.Its mechanical properties and permeability are closely relate to the thickness of slurry coating.This paper explores the influence of water-cement ratio,aggregate size and fly ash content on the thickness of aggregate surface slurry through experiments.The results show that the slurry thickness increases with the increase of water cement ratio,the slurry thickness of small size aggregates is higher than that of large size aggregates,and the slurry thickness increases first and then decreases with the addition of fly ash.
