工业厂房中的空间网格结构粘钢加固工艺探讨

摘要 随着工业厂房的不断发展,空间网格结构应用更加的广泛,因为其优势较多,比如造型独特、轻巧、组装方便等。但是由于各种因素会造成空间网格结构出现失效问题,于是需要对其进行加固处理,不同的加固方式存在优势和劣势,文章将对粘钢加固工艺进行研究。粘钢加固法具有施工简单、工期较短、不会产生焊接应力等优势,但是其粘接是否牢固直接影响着其加固效果。于是文章将对某工业厂房进行研究,通过其空间网格结构的特点,提出粘钢加固工艺的改进措施,从而可以增强其加固效果。 With the continuous development of industrial plants,the space grid structure is more widely used because of its advantages,such as unique shape,light weight,and easy assembly.However,due to various factors thatcan cause the failure of the spatial grid structure,it is necessary to strengthen it.Different reinforcement methodshave advantages and disadvantages.This paper will study the bonding steel reinforcement process.The steel bonding method has the advantages of simple construction,short construction period,and no welding stress,but whetherthe bonding is strong directly affects its reinforcement effect.Therefore,the paper will study an industrial plant,andthrough the characteristics of its space grid structure,put forward the improvement measures of the steel reinforcement technology,so as to enhance its reinforcement effect.
