摘要
文章对抛光打磨实现自动化进行研究,设计一个抛光打磨工作站控制系统,其中使用PLC和机器人作为系统的核心模块。文章首先分析系统构成和工作原理。然后再对系统的硬件进行设计,其中包含了硬件的选型。最后对控制系统的程序进行设计和运行。通过研究设计基于PLC与机器人的抛光打磨工作站控制系统,能够提高抛光打磨的工作效率和质量。
The paper studies the automation of polishing and grinding,and designs a control system for the polishing and grinding workstation,which uses PLC and robot as the core modules of the system.The paper first analyzes the system composition and working principle.Then design the hardware of the system,which includes the selection of hardware.Finally,design and run the program of the control system.Through research and design of PLC and robotbased polishing and grinding workstation control system,it can improve the efficiency and quality of polishing and grinding.
