基于关联—层次法的飞机复杂机电构件虚拟维修模型构建研究

Research on Virtual Maintenance Model Construction of Aircraft Complex Electromechanical Components Based on Association-Hierarchy Method

就传统维修仿真模型难以满足虚拟维修环境需要与通用性不足等缺陷,构建了基于关联-层次法的飞机复杂机电构件虚拟维修模型,此模型主要包含关联模型、层次模型、几何模型。在关联模型中展示了机电与其他构件间关联性,层次模型则集成构件相关信息,几何模型的作用是实时显示与碰撞检测虚拟维修环境。通过模型构建实例分析,得出结论,此模型信息表述完整,普遍适应性良好,可在很大程度上满足虚拟环境对于模型的多样化需求,且能够实现在机务维修训练中的实践,科学性与有效性良好,值得大力推广应用。

In view of the traditional maintenance simulation model's difficulty in meeting the needs of virtual maintenance environment and lack of versatility,a virtual maintenance model of aircraft complex electromechanical components based on association-hierarchy method is constructed,which mainly includes association model,hierarchy model and geometry model.The correlation between electromechanical and other components is shown in the association model,and the hierarchical model integrates the relevant information of the component.The function of the geometric model is to display the virtual maintenance environment with collision detection in real time.Based on the analysis of the model construction examples,it is concluded that the information of the model is complete and adaptable,which can meet the diversified demand of the virtual environment for the model to a great extent,and can realize the practice in the maintenance training of locomotive,and the scientificity and effectiveness are good,it is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
