摘要 有效利用冶金废水,对稳定污水处理指标、节约成本、实现创效等均有深远意义。对湿法浸出工艺处理冶炼厂铜阳极泥工艺进行优化,如:废水沉银后液脱氨后回用沉铂钯工序,节约了碱耗;氯气吸收塔废水回用氯化分金洗渣工序,节约了氯酸钠、氯化钠,同时优化了分金指标;采用汽提脱氨,实现氨的高效回收和循环利用;控电硫化,高效回收贵金属;采用高活性铁粉重金属处理技术,实现重金属渣的减量化等,不仅实现外排水达标排放,还可实现创效约4853万元/年。 Effective utilization of metallurgical waste water offers significance to steady waste water treatment figure,cost saving and profitability.Optimization is conducted for the treatment of copper anodic mud with wet leaching process,for example,waste water after silver sedimentation will be removed of ammonia before returning to the platinum and palladium sedimentation section,which saves caustic consumption;waste water from the chlorine absorption tower is returned to the chlorination sludge washing section,which saves sodium chlorate and sodium chloride,and optimizes the gold and silver separation figure;steam stripping ammonia removal is used,which achieves efficient recovery and recycle of ammonia;electric vulcanization is controlled,precious metals are effectively recovered;high activity iron powder heavy metal treatment technology is employed which achieves minimum heavy metal sludge,and hence the discharge of waste water according to the standard,and the profitability of approximately 48.53 million RMB per year.
