Study on VOCs Treatment Technologies and Countermeasures in Chemical Industry

随着现阶段对环保工作的日益重视,化工企业在生产过程中不可避免的会产生挥发性有机物(VOCs),化工行业对VOCs治理的要求也相应提高。以某芳烃厂VOCs治理现状为例,介绍了VOCs有机废气的来源和危害,分析了化工行业目前常用的VOCs治理技术,总结了VOCs治理的有效措施,以期提高石化企业VOCs治理效果。

With increased attention on the environmental protection,volatile organic compounds,or VOCs,are inevitable during the operation by chemical producers,and the requirements for treating such VOCs in the chemical industry are increasing.Taking the example of treating VOCs in an aromatics plant,this paper outlines the sources and hazards of VOCs organic offgas,analyzes commonly used VOCs treatment technologies in the chemical industry,summarizes effective measures for VOCs treatment,with the aim to improve the VOCs treatment effect in the petrochemical enterprises.
