生态文明视域下高校培养生态型人才探索研究

Research on the College Training of Ecological Talents from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

在生态文明新时代背景下,推进美丽中国建设,需要全社会共同参与,基础在教育,关键在人才.培养生态型人才需要经历从最初的加强环境保护意识到建立高层次的人才培养体系的过程.当前,高校培养生态型人才过程中存在师资力量薄弱,生态文明教育课程体系建设还不完善,生态文明教育与思政课程、课程思政融合度不高,校园生态文化建设滞后等现实问题.高校应将生态文明教育融会贯通到生态型人才培养中,充分发挥高校人才泵优势,建立健全生态型人才培养体系,加强师资队伍和课程体系建设.

In the context of the new era of ecological civilization,for building a“beautiful China”,it requires the whole society participations.Education is the basis,and talents are the critical factor in promoting that goal.Cultivating the ecological talents needs to go through the process from the initial strengthening of environmental protection awareness to the establishment of a high-level personnel training system.At present,there are some practical problems in the process of educating the ecological talents in Colleges and universities,such as the weakness of teaching force,imperfect construction of ecological civilization education curriculum system,low integration of ecological civilization education with ideological and political courses,and lagging of the construction of campus ecological culture,etc.In this paper,how to integrate ecological civilization education into ecological talents training in Colleges and universities,and give full play to the talent pump of colleges and Universities are discussed and some opinions and suggestions for the establishment and improvement of ecological talents training system,teachers'team construction and curriculum system are put forward.
