基于阳光体育视角的体育教学改革研究

近几年,我国一直推崇素质教育,在对学生进行教育的过程中,不能只对理论知识进行教授,同时还要增强学生的身体素质,这样才能培养高素质的人才。虽然当前相关院校比较重视体育教学,但是在具体的教学过程中仍然存在一些问题,如何基于阳光体育的视角下对现有的体育教学进行改革,成为了相关院校应该重点研究的问题。

In recent years,China has always advocated quality education.In the process of educating students,it is not only necessary to teach theoretical knowledge,but a lso to enhance the physical f itness of students,so as to cultivate high-quality talents.Although the relevant colleges currently pay more attention to physical education,there are still some problems in the specif ic teaching process.How to reform the existing physical education from the perspective of sunlight sports has become a problem that relevant colleges should focus on.
