摘要
近年来,我国体育竞技行业快速发展,国民生活水平日益提高,对体育事业的关注度也越来越高。与此同时我国高校开始重视体育课的教学发展,而羽毛球作为体育课的重要教学项目也得到学校的重点关注。羽毛球教学不仅需要日常的活动训练,更重要的是要掌握正确的理论知识。核心力量训练是教学理论的一项重要组成部分,对高校的各项体育课程具有重要影响。核心力量训练在提高学生身体素质的同时,能够有效避免教学课程中出现各种损伤。本文首先阐述了核心力量的基本概念,详细介绍了核心力量训练在羽毛球教学中的具体应用情况,进一步分析了核心力量训练对羽毛球教学的重要意义。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China's sports industry,the national living standard is increasing,and the attention to sports is also increasing.At the same time,colleges and universities in China began to attach importance to the development of physical education,and badminton as an important teaching project of physical education has also been the focus of the school.Badminton teaching needs not only daily activity training,but also correct theoretical knowledge.Core strength training is an important part of teaching theory,which has an important inf luence on various physical education courses in colleges and universities.Core strength training can not only improve the physical quality of students,but also effectively avoid all kinds of injuries in teaching courses.This paper f irst expounds the basic concept of core strength,introduces the specif ic application of core strength training in badminton teaching,and further analyzes the signif icance of core strength training in badminton teaching.
