摘要 传统体育教学模式下的初中体育教学开展形式较为单一,以技术动作的教学为例,传统教学模式下的教学流程通常为“示范—练习”,这一教学模式下的体育教学活动不仅开展形式过于单一、教学过程多忽略学生之间的个体差异,且在进行专业性较强的技术动作教学时往往不做任何铺垫,此举极易导致学生对相关技术动作存在概念与认知上的偏差,而概念与认知上的偏差则会使学生在进行动作练习时出现错误,而微课的应用则能使上述问题得以有效解决。 The form of junior high school physical education under the traditional physical education teaching mode is relatively single.Taking the teaching of technical movements as an example,the teaching f low under the t raditional t eaching mode is u sually"demonstration practice",u nder t his t eaching mode,t he physical education teaching activities not only carry out the form too single,the teaching process mostly ignore the individual differences between the students,but also often do not make any foreshadowing when carrying out the specialized technical movement teaching.This will easily lead to students'concept and cognitive deviation of the relevant technical actions,and the deviation of concept and cognitive will make students make mistakes when they do the action exercises,the application of micro-lessons can solve the above problems effectively.
