分组分层教学法在高中体育田径教学中的运用探讨

体育教育自小学开始我国便给予了充分重视,高中阶段的体育教学是进一步增强体制、培养终生体育观念的重要阶段。笔者结合多年的教学实践经验,在本文当中阐述了高中体育教育的重要性和积极意义,并且经过多年的教学实践经验,笔者也能够感受到其中的问题,针对这些问题制定了相应的策略,希望能够为我国的体育教育事业提供相应的理论支持。

Since the beginning of primary school,physical education in China has been given full attention.The physical education in senior high school is an important stage to further strengthen the system and cultivate the concept of lifelong physical education.After many years of teaching practice experience,the author of this paper expounds the importance and positive signif icance of high school physical education,and af ter many years of teaching practice experience,the author can feel the problems,and formulate corresponding strategies for these problems,hoping to provide corresponding theoretical support for the cause of physical education in China.
