摘要
健康教育要满足学生对体育锻炼与体育课程存在合格的心理认知,能够拥有良好的心理健康状态与社会适应能力。当前健康教育的运行模式是以身体健康为主题,以学生为实行对象的教育行为,从20世纪末国家号召以来,践行已有20余年。健康教育素来是高校体育教学的重点,其中心理健康教育与身体健康教育同等重要。大学阶段的健康教育牵涉到学生一生的生命观与健康观,是高等教育不可或缺的组成部分。本文立足于体育教学之中的健康教育存在问题,从思想改革、心理强健、教学反思、身体素质锻炼与课程设计这几方面对健康教育的发展实施策略进行分析。以期对当今的高校体育教学现状提出反思,为健康教育发展改革提供参考。
Health education should satisfy students'psychological cognition of physical exercise and physical education curriculum,and have good mental health status and social adaptability.At present,the operation mode of health education is to take the health as the theme and students as the object of education.It has been practiced for more than 20 years since the call of the state at the end of last century.Health education has always been the focus of physical education in colleges and universities,in which mental health education and physical health education are equally important.Health education in university stage involves students'life and health outlook,which is an indispensable part of higher education.Based on the existing problems of health education in physical education,this paper analyzes the development and implementation strategies of health education from the aspects of ideological reform,mental health,teaching ref lection,physical quality exercise and c urriculum d esign.I n o rder to ref lect o n the c urrent situation o f physical e ducation in c olleges and universities,and provide reference for the development and reform of health education.
