摘要
本文以济南市6所高校360名学生为研究对象,分析了大学生参与体育活动与心理健康状况的相关性。目的是了解体育运动对大学生心理状态的影响。研究结果表明:经常参加体育运动的大学生心理健康水平明显优于非体育小组学生。建立良好的自我意识比较强,对于消除自身焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪效果良好。参加体育运动对心理健康有积极作用,对于提升大学生心理健康水平有着非常重要的促进作用。
Taking 360 students f rom 6 universities in Jinan as research objects,this paper analyzes the correlation between college students'participation in sports activities and their mental health status.Purpose is t o know t he s port's impact on college s tudents'mental s tate.T he r esults s how t hat t he mental health level of college students who often participate in sports is obviously better than that of non-sports group students.There is a good effect to establish a good sense of self on the elimination of their own anxiety,depression and other negative emotions.It shows that taking part in sports has a positive effect on mental health and plays a very important role in improving the mental health level of college students.
