供给侧改革背景下城市社区武术教育供给研究

Research on the Supply of Martial Arts Education in Urban Community under the Background of Supply—Side Reform

本文以永州市社区武术教育供给为研究对象,通过文献资料法、实地考察法、典型案例分析法等研究方法,对永州市社区武术教育服务主管部门、武术健身消费人群、锻炼场所等进行抽样调查,并选择其中一些具有代表性的武术健身社区进行典型调查。研究发现,永州市社区武术教育供给与需求之间还存在不平衡现象:(1)永州市武术教育供给主体主要依靠政府投资,供给的主体比较单一。(2)永州市武术教育的供给没有紧贴居民的时代需求,动态供给性较弱。(3)永州市武术教育的供给内容缺乏多样性。应采取的措施:(1)充分发挥政府的主导作用,积极调动社会和市场的供给作用,开拓多元主体协同供给。(2)调动各个相应部门的协调性,跟随时代潮流创新供给方式,加强动态供给。(3)应满足各个阶层居民的需求,供给内容实现多样化,实现共建共享。

T his research,taking the supply of martial a rts education in Yongzhou community a s the research object,through the methods of literature review,f ield investigation,t ypical case analysis,etc,makes a sampling survey on the martial arts education department in Yongzhou community,the martial arts f itness consumers,the exercise places and so on,and selects some representative martial arts f itness communities to make a typical survey.The study f inds that there is an imbalance between the supply and demand of martial arts education in Yongzhou community:(1)Yongzhou martial arts education mainly depends on govenment investment,the main supply is relatively single.(2)The supply of martial arts education in Yongzhou does not keep up with the demand of the times,and the dynamic supply is weak.(3)The content of martial arts education in Yongzhou lacks diversity.Measures to be taken:(1)Give full play to the leading role of the government,actively mobilize the role of social and market supply,and open up a multi-subject coordinated supply.(2)Mobilize the coordination of the corresponding departments,follow the trend of the times to innovate supply methods,strengthen dynamic supply.(3)We should meet the needs of residents from all walks of life,diversify the content of supply,and realize jiont construction and sharing.
