少数民族传统体育融入现代体育艺术教学的研究

中华民族是由56个民族组成的,中国民族屹立于世界民族之林五千年而不倒的原因是由深厚的内在民族文化决定的。在中华传统体育文化中,少数民族传统体育文化是重要组成部分,是祖先智慧的结晶,要发扬光大并且传承下去。体育艺术是一种新的教学模式,是经济社会发展和体育教学改革的产物,它不仅能增强学生体质,而且能够提高学生的文化修养、审美水平,培养高雅气质。少数民族传统体育项目具有传统性、丰富性、多样性、经济性、群众性、普及性、娱乐性和趣味性等,将少数民族传统体育融入到现代体育艺术教学中,是最好的传承方法,也是为实现中华民族伟大复兴,实现中国梦的良好途径。本文对少数民族传统体育融入现代体育艺术教学进行了研究。

The Chinese nation is composed of 56 nations,the reason why the Chinese nation stands in the forest of nations in the world for f ive thousand years is determined by the profound internal national culture.In the traditional Chinese sports culture,the traditional sports culture of ethnic minorities is an important part and the crystallization of our ancestors'wisdom,which we should carry forward and pass on.Physical education art is a new teaching model,which is the product of economic and social development and physical education reform.It can not only strengthen students'physique,but also improve their cultural accomplishment and aesthetic level,and cultivate their elegant temperament.Traditional ethnic minority sports are traditional,rich,diverse,economical,mass,universal,entertaining and interesting,etc.Integrating traditional ethnic minority sports into modern sports art teaching is the best inheritance method and also a good way to realize the g reat rejuvenation of the Chinese nation a nd the Chinese dream.T his paper s tudies the integration of traditional minority sports into modern sports art teaching.
