This paper f irstly analyzes and discusses the promotion of the national sports culture inheritance to the reform and innovation of physical education in higher vocational colleges,and points out that the national sports culture is conducive to the cultivation of students'comprehensive quality.At the same time,it is found that physical education can promote the inheritance of national sports culture,and f inally summarizes the relationship between the inheritance of national sports culture and the development of physical education.This article may be a little shallow,in order to explore the relationship between the inheritance of national sports culture and physical education to provide some valuable reference.
