基于教师专业标准的体育教师专业标准构建研究

在体育教育专业教师标准化专业技能素养的改革过程中,对于体育教师专业标准的构建成为未来体育教育教师行业发展的重要研究对象。本文通过查找文献的方法对体育教师专业标准构建中存在的问题进行总结,并在实践的基础上,为体育教师的专业标准构建实践过程中,所出现的相关问题给予几点建议。为我国体育教育专业教师专业化标准构建奠定更多的理论依据。

In the process of the reform of physical education teachers'standardized professional skills,the construction of physical education teachers'professional standards has become an important research object for the future development of physical education teachers'industry.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the construction of physical education teachers'professional standards by searching for literature,and on the basis of practice,gives some suggestions for the relevant problems in the construction of physical education teachers'professional standards.It will lay more theoretical basis for the construction of professional standards of physical education teachers in China.
