广西沿海地区3~6岁幼儿身体素质状况分析

Analysis of Physical Condition of 3~6 Years Old Children in Coastal Areas of Guangxi

目的:了解广西沿海城市3~6岁幼儿目前的身体素质现状,为促进幼儿的健康与发展提供科学的依据。方法:根据《国民体质测定标准手册(幼儿部分)》的要求,收集到广西沿海城市北海市、钦州市、防城港市15所幼儿园3~6岁儿童有效样本933人,通过统计软件SPSS 24.0进行单样本t检验。结果:广西沿海城市男、女童立定跳远3、4岁组高于全国。网球掷远3、4岁女童和3、5岁男童组均值均高于2014年全国水平,6岁男女童年龄组均值均低于2014年全国水平。坐位体前屈均值除6岁男童均低于2014年全国水平,10m折返跑均值除3岁女童以外均高于2014年全国水平。结论:广西沿海城市3~6岁幼儿身体素质状况不容乐观,下肢力量和速度较强,上肢力量和柔韧性有待提高。

Objective:To understand the present physical condition of children aged 3~6 in coastal cities of Guangxi,and to provide scientif ic basis for promoting the health and development of children.Methods:According to the requirements of the standard manual for the determination of national physique(children's part),933 valid samples of children aged 3~6 from 15 kindergartens in the coastal cities of Beihai,Qinzhou and Fangchenggang in Guangxi were collected,and the single sample t test was conducted by statistical software SPSS 24.0.Results:Guangxi coastal cities 3and4-year-old boys and girls standing long jump higher than the country.The 3 and 4-year-old g irls and 3 and 5-year-old boys were a ll above the Chinese average in 2014,and the 6-year-old boys and girls were below the Chinese average in 2014.The forward bend of the sitting body was lower than the average level of China in 2014 except for 6-year-old boys,and the 10-meter round-trip was higher than the average level of China in 2014 except for 3-year-old girls.Conclusion:The physical condition of children aged 3-6 in coastal cities of Guangxi is not optimistic.The strength and speed of lower limbs are strong,and the strength and f lexibility of upper limbs need to be improved.
