游泳训练对大学生身心健康的影响

摘要 游泳是一项健康的运动方式,通过游泳既可以有效地锻炼身体,又可以陶冶情操,对人们的身心发展具有重要的意义。对于大学生来说,其有必要积极地进行游泳训练,以此达到提高身体素质,促进心理健康发展的目的。因此,大学生需要切实重视游泳训练,不断地掌握更多的游泳训练技巧。本文主要研究了大学生游泳训练的现状,探究了改善大学生游泳训练现状的对策,分析了游泳训练对大学生身心健康的影响,希望能够增加大学生对游泳训练的认识,进而提高他们参与游泳训练的兴趣。 Swimming is a healthy way of sports.It can not only exercise the body effectively,but also cultivate the sentiment,which is of great significance to the physical and mental development of people.For college students,it is necessary to actively carry out swimming training in order to improve their physical quality and promote the development of mental health.Therefore,college students need to pay attention to swimming training and master more swimming training skills.This paper mainly studies the current situation of college students’ swimming training,explores the countermeasures to improve the current situation of college students’ swimming training,analyzes the impact of swimming training on college students’ physical and mental health,hoping to increase the awareness of swimming training for college students,and then improve their interest in participating in swimming training.
