摘要
健美操是一种新型运动项目,它集合了舞蹈、音乐和体操于一身,近些年在学校和社区中广泛传播开来,深受广大人民群众喜爱。柔韧适能是人体健康体适能的一种,对人体的健康有着十分重要的作用,本文主要探究健美操运动对学生柔韧适能的影响,加强对健美操运动柔韧素质重要性的认识,以及在进行柔韧素质锻炼时应该注意的一些事项,希望能为健美操教学提供一定的帮助。
Aerobics is a new type of sports,which combines dance,music and gymnastics.In recent years,it has been widely spread in schools and communities and loved by the masses of people.Flexibility and fitness is a kind of fitness for human health,which plays a very important role in human health.This paper mainly explores the influence of aerobics on students’ flexibility and fitness,strengthens the understanding of the importance of flexibility and fitness in aerobics,and some matters that should be paid attention to when carrying out flexibility and fitness exercise,hoping to provide some help for aerobics teaching.
