短跑核心力量探讨——以髋部肌群为例 被引量:1

摘要 髋关节是连接身体上半身和下半生的节点,髋部肌群力量是影响短跑成绩的重要因素,其周围有许多肌群,如臀大肌、股四头肌、缝匠肌、髂腰肌等。合理安排髋部肌群的发力顺序,使其综合效能最大化,将对短跑成绩产生良好作用。伸髋肌在速度上起着重要作用,发展伸髋肌肌群(腰肌和股二头肌等)力量和加强髋部灵活性训练将有助于提升短跑成绩。本文从核心力量定义出发,围绕髋部肌群在短跑中的作用及具体体现,以及如何加强髋部肌群训练进行了理论探讨。 Hip joint is the node connecting the upper body and the lower half of the body.The strength of hip muscle group is an important factor affecting sprint performance.There are many muscle groups around it,such as gluteus maximus,quadriceps femoris,sartorius,iliopsoas and so on.There is a good effect on sprint performance to arrange the power sequence of hip muscle group reasonably and to maximize its comprehensive efficiency.The extensor hip muscles play an important role in speed.Developing the strength of extensor hip muscles (such as psoas and biceps femoris) and strengthening the hip flexibility training will help to improve the sprint performance.Starting from the definition of core strength.This paper discusses the function of hip muscle group in sprint and how to strengthen the training of hip muscle group.
