摘要
微课程是有别于传统课程的一种新的教学课程模式。近年来,微课在我国各个学校的教学中被普遍采用并取得了较好的教学效果,得到了广大师生的普遍好评,同时在推行过程中也存在一些问题。微课应用于体育教学中更容易吸引学生,激起学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的爱好。探讨了微课在高职体育教学中的意义,从精心设计微课内容、分层次展开个性化教学、借助微课对动作进行分解和展示等3个方面提出了微课在高职体育教中的应用策略,希望能对高职体育教学的改革提供一些借鉴和帮助。
Micro-class is a new teaching mode which is different from the traditional curriculum.In recent years,micro-class has been widely used in all schools in our country and has achieved better teaching results.It has been widely praised by teachers and students,and there are some problems in its implementation.It is easier to attract students,arouse their interest in learning and cultivate their hobbies when micro-class is applied in physical education.This paper probes into the significance of the micro-course in the physical education of higher vocational education,and advances the application strategies of the micro-course in the physical education of higher vocational education from three aspects of carefully designing the content of the micro-course,carrying out the individualized teaching at different levels,and using the micro-course to decompose and display the actions.It is hoped that it can provide some reference and help for the reform of physical education in higher vocational colleges.
