摘要
提高学生的体质健康水平是我国体育课程的开设初衷,而学生的体能水平则是其体质健康水平最为直观的反馈,此外,学生的体能水平(力量素质水平、速度素质水平、灵敏度、耐力素质水平等)也与其羽毛球水平的提高息息相关。因此,高校教师在开展羽毛球教学活动时,也应遵循体能优先的原则,旨在提高学生体质健康水平的同时,其羽毛球水平也能得以有效提升。
Improving students’ physical health level is the original intention of setting up physical education courses in China,and the students’ physical fitness level is the most intuitive feedback of their physical health level.In addition,the student’s physical ability level (strength quality level,speed quality level,sensitivity,endurance quality level,etc.) is also closely related to the improvement of their badminton level.Therefore,teachers in colleges and universities should follow the principle of physical priority when carrying out badminton teaching activities,aiming at improving students’ physical health level,and at the same time,their badminton level can be effectively promoted.
