摘要
目前,人们开始意识到了参与瑜伽运动的健康理念,随着时代的不断发展瑜伽的形式也开始变得越来越多样化,尤其是哈他瑜伽不仅能帮助人们矫正体态,还能愉悦身心,哈他瑜伽在学校受到了很多大学生的喜爱。为进一步证实参与瑜伽运动的健身价值,本文采用文献资料法、实验调查法等研究方法,对哈他瑜伽的练习对大学生身心健康水平的干预效果展开分析。
At present,people are beginning to realize the concept of health to participate in yoga,and with the continuous development of the times,the forms of yoga are beginning to become more and more diverse,especially Hatha Yoga can not only help people correct their posture,but also enjoy their body and mind.Hatha Yoga is loved by many college students at school.In order to further confirm the fitness value of participating in yoga,this paper uses literature method,experimental investigation method and so on to analyze the intervention effect of Hatha Yoga practice on college students’ physical and mental health level.
