摘要
本文从学生满意度的角度,基于魅力质量理论运用IPA分析法以湖南理工学院2019年公共体育大一、大二这2个年级学生为研究对象,分析参与体质与健康活动的制约因素。研究表明:体质与健康活动基本质量指标包括成绩的评分标准和结构、场地器械等,在活动过程中若该类指标得不到满足大学满意体验就会极度下降;制约活动的一元质量指标包括教学方法合理性和师生关系等,这些指标与大学生满意度呈现线性增长关系;活动的魅力质量包括教学组织与学习气氛良好、语言表达能力等属于超预期指标,虽然不会严重制约大学生体质与健康活动的体验,但当这些指标达到期望时大学生参与活动的体验感会直线上升。
In the perspective of student satisfaction,this paper use the IPA analysis method based on the charm quality theory to take freshman and sophomore students of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology in 2019 as the research subject,to analyze the restriction factors of participating in physical and health activities.The research shows that the basic quality factor of public physical education classes include performance standards and structures,equipment,etc.During the activity,if such factor do not meet the student’s satisfactory experience,they will extremely decline.The unifying quality factor that affect activities include teaching methods reasonableness,teacher-student relationship,etc.These factor show a linear growth relationship with college students’ satisfaction.The charismatic quality of the activities,including good teaching organization and learning atmosphere,language expression ability,etc.are beyond expected factor,although they will not seriously affect college students’ public physical education experience,when these factor meet expectations,college students’ sense of experience in the physical education class will skyrocket.
