东北地区管制AIDC网络移交实现

Research on Networking Technology of AIDC Message Network

东北空管局根据民航局空管局要求,在沈阳与大连、沈阳与哈尔滨之间通过AFTN网络方式开展了AIDC应用;但在沈阳与北京、沈阳与长春、大连与青岛、大连与仁川之间并未实现AIDC管制移交。随着AIDC工作的深入开展,东北地区和外区各管制区之间AIDC互联已迫在眉睫,区内现已实现的AIDC互联暴露出一些问题。论文以管制需求为基础,将东北空管局现有的点对点AIDC连接方式优化为网络交换方式,提高通信链路可靠性、多协议兼容性,实现业务可管理性、网络可监控性;并通过电报交换处理系统,解决报文缺失问题,使AIDC实施方案更加安全可靠。

According to the requirements of theAir TrafficManagement Bureau of the CivilAviationAdministration,theNortheastAir Traffic Management Bureau has carried out AIDC applications between Shenyang and Dalian,Shenyang and Harbin through the AFTN network;but between Shenyang and Beijing,Shenyang and Changchun,Dalian and Qingdao,Dalian and Incheon The AIDC control transfer has not been realized.With the in-depth development of AIDC work,the AIDC interconnection between the control areas in the northeast and outer regions has become imminent.The AIDC interconnection that has been implemented in the region has exposed some problems.Based on control requirements,the paper optimizes the existing point-to-pointAIDC connection mode of the NortheastAir TrafficManagement Bureau into a network switching mode,improves the reliability of communication links,multi-protocol compatibility,and realizes business manageability and network monitorability;and through The telegram exchange processing system solves the problem of missing messages and makes the AIDC implementation plan more secure and reliable.
