摘要
在企业的发展过程中,人才能力的培养和输出是非常关键的环节。电信行业目前虽然有着完善的人才转型机制和专家人才体系,但面对多领域、多维度细分专业,其数据比较分散,不能完整的构建人才能力标签。电信行业人才能力多应用于人力资源决策中,很少将能力标签输出到一线人员手中,让一线员工高效精准的找到相应领域方向的专家人才提供支持与帮助。文章提出了基于知识图谱构建专家人才能力标签图谱,并通过上下文对话系统向一线人员的IM即时通讯输出,有效挖掘深层次的人才能力,发挥专家人才的作用,为人力部门在人岗匹配和晋升培养等方面提供帮助。
In the process of enterprise development,the cultivation and output of talent ability is a very key link.At present,although the telecom industry has a perfect talent transformation mechanism and expert talent system,in the face of multi-field and multi-dimensional professional segmentation,its data is relatively scattered,unable to complete the construction of talent ability label.Talents in the telecom industry are mostly used in human resource decision-making,and rarely exported to frontline personnel,so that front-line employees can efficiently and accurately find experts in the corresponding field to provide support and help.This paper proposes to construct the expert talent ability label map based on the knowledge map,and output it to the IMinstantmessaging of front-line personnel through the context dialogue system,so as to effectively excavate the deep talent ability,give play to the role of experts and talents,and provide help for the human resources department in the aspect of post matching,promotion and training.
