摘要 在全业务运营形势下,用户感知对运营商的业务拓展和口碑传播具有重要影响。运营商在网络运维时需要更贴近用户和业务,更注重服务质量和用户感知。因此网络指标不再是衡量网络运维水平的唯一维度,用户是否满意度才是衡量网络质量的终极标准。这对移动通信网络的管理与运维,提出了更高的挑战。文章提出了基于四层架构的网络精细化分级运维管理模型,该模型基于用户规模和业务价值对各层级的网络资源进行分级管理。可以帮助运营商集中维护力量和有效控制运维成本,为市场发展支撑、用户满意度提升发挥更大价值。 Under the situation of full service operation,user perception has an important influence on operators'business development and word-of-mouth communication.In network operation and maintenance,operators need to be closer to users and businesses,and paymore attention to service quality and user perception.Therefore,network index is no longer the only dimension tomeasure network operation andmaintenance level,and user satisfaction is the ultimate standard tomeasure network quality.This poses a higher challenge to the management,operation and maintenance of mobile communication network.This paper proposes a hierarchical network fine operation and maintenance management model based on four-tier architecture,which manages network resources at all levels based on user scale and business value.It can help operators concentrate theirmaintenance efforts and effectively control operation andmaintenance costs,so as to play a greater value for market development support and user satisfaction improvement.
