农村空心化的经济效应实证分析——基于技术和资本增长率视角

An Empirical Analysis on the Economic Effect of Rural Hollowing——Based on the Perspective of Technology and Capital Growth

农村劳动力持续性转移至城市部门导致农村空心化现象日益明显,由此产生的负面经济效应会阻碍农村高质量发展。数理模型结果表明农村技术进步率和资本增长率随着劳动力转移比例的增加而递减。实证分析得到农村技术进步率随着劳动力转移比例的增加先升后降,资本增长率随着劳动力转移比例的增加而递减;农村劳动力教育水平和工资-家庭经营性收入比值的提高增强了劳动力转移对技术进步率和资本增长率的经济效应。

The continuous transfer of rural labor to the urban sectors has caused the increasingly apparent hollowing in rural areas,and the negative economic effects which will hinder high-quality rural development.Mathematical model results show that rural technological progress rate and capital growth rate decrease with increasing labor transfer ratio,and an empirical analysis shows that rural technological progress rate increases first and then decreases with increasing labor transfer ratio,and capital growth rate increases with labor transfer.The increase in the rural labor force education level and the increase in wage-family operational income ratio have enhanced the economic effects of labor transfer on the rate of technological progress and capital growth.
